Saturday, Just for fun

Saturday is a day that is just for fun. Great food at the Tiger Lily in Port Jefferson--salad with cucumber, tomato, and bean salad topping eaten with an amazing grilled chicken (no antibiotics, etc.) and grilled veggies on a whole wheat roll (just about said "bun", which would have revealed by Midwestern roots and gave me a wave of nostalgia for my grandma Hannah's amazing "buns" right out of the oven on holidays). Then a leisurely walk along the dock in Port Jeff. Huge yacht there from the British Isles. Lady on board had a nice accent.

It was Green Festival day in Port Jeff, and it's the Blues Festival day in Riverhead--and that clearly defines the two small towns! Father's day is tomorrow. Mine is in heaven.
